Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Now That Felt Good!

Just got back from my first ride after being on crutches for over two months and it felt very good. I am glad I decided to take the Klein Attitude MTB with slicks and not the road bike as I about blew up on a couple of hills but overall I feel pretty good after a little 20 mile ride. The bad thing is I am really out of shape now after two months off .
