good training wheels?
 

I'm trying to decide on some Cheap$$ (under $300) good training wheels. Something also that I might be able to race on a little here and there when I don't want to risk screwing up my Zipps.

Should I go with something like the:
Mavic Aksium
Cane Creek arohead sg wheels that performance has right now http://www.performancebike.com/shop/...tegory_ID=5320
or
get some ultegra/open pros built?

Mavic Cosmos have done me well.

Th eonly thing that is stopping me from going Open pro custom build is that the custom wheels would come in near my race wheels. I use big heavy tubes and beefy tires on the cosmos to put them well over 2600 grams for the set. It's a big difference from those to my carbon tubulars.

I raced two years on Bontrager Race wheel set. They now are my pit/training wheels but they have been great, so far I have never had to true the rear wheel. Should be able to get a set for about 3 hundred.
