Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

When weight training goes bad

On one hand, I bet this guy could push a 55x11 like it was nothing; on the other hand, ewww.

I know a guy that takes 'roids and works out a lot. He's pretty huge. I can easily lift as much as he can in most cases, and in the areas that he can lift more it's not by much. I'm not small, but I don't look like a bodybuilder.

Don't be fooled, a lot of that size is completely useless.

Actually I didn't think his calves were that impressive, mine look pretty much the same. It's the quads and to a lesser degree the hamstrings that are freaky.

Ronnie coleman(current mr universe 7 time champ i think) is bigger andbadder than that guy. But Ronnie can lift ungodly amounts of weight... he actually uses powerlifting as part o his trianing.

We have some guys like that who work with us. They suck at athletics. NONE of them can run, and most of them are only good for short explosive bursts of power, not to mention, I don't think they can wipe their butts very well either!

That is an example of anabolic steroid abuse at its worst.

Don't know, but it seem there's very little room for a saddle & top tube between those thighs.

I wonder if he can stand with his feet together?

Saddle chafing? Hell every time he flexes his quads he crushes another top tube.
