Cleat installation - Keo's
I am switching from speedplay x/5s to Look Keo's
I have my shoes and pedals but was hoping for any tips on cleat setup.
(fyi got Sidi Genius 5s and Carbon Keos from probikekit for $240, not bad since just the shoes sell for $229 locally)
I am looking for help with fore/aft and angle (I know my toes need to point out a little...)

I just screwed 'em in and took off!
You could throw the bike on a trainer and do some trial and error.

I would start with a fairly neutral setup, with the fore/aft set so the pedal axle mark on the cleat is right under the ball of your foot. Then you can make adjustments from there based on how you feel.
