I crashed in the park earlier today (err...yesterday). Broken nose and some road rash, but no concussion. However I can't remember any of it. I remember riding, and then I remember sitting on the ground with a napkin under my nose. So...

Did anyone witness a crash in Prospect Park today? Specifically a guy in an orange jersey riding a green track bike around 7:30-8pm? What caused it?

Yeah, it's weird how you don't remember part of it. It's gotta be because you hit the ground close to your head and maybe you got really tensed up the few milliseconds before you fell. I dunno, maybe the body goes into preserve mode or something. Glad it wasn't any more serious.

ya, I saw this giant white rabbit with huge fangs jump out and push you over. Has a real mean streak it does. Hope you're ok. At least it wasn't an angry Frenchman with an outrageous accent.

Did you get checked out at a hospitol? Anytime you blackout from a crash, that's a sign you had some trauma.

Same thing happened to me last year. Wiped out and got a nasty 6 stich cut on my nose.
Helmet cracked and lots of road rash (painful ****)

I remember the crash pretty well, just not what caused it. Think it was a pothole, but just not sure.

What pissed me off most was this idiot taking pictures of me and my bloodstained shirt/face.
