after the heavy rain

hi everyone, i ride 3hrs today in a heavy rain.After cleaning my bike
for an hour, i heard some noise coming out from my wheels when i spinning it.
The sound liked some water is moving inside. what should i do?

there's a very good chance there's water in your wheels and frame!!

After you take off your tyres, you might wanna take off your rim tape....or, you could leave the water sloshing around in there

As far as the frame goes, undo the screw holding the cable guide in place under the bottom bracket, they wait a little while to see if water drips out.
