Where to buy new tires/tubes online

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Where to buy new tires/tubes online

My LBS really specializes in MTBs and only has some 27" road tires, is there anywhere online I can get some 26" x 1 3/8" road tires and tubes online? I found that pricepoint has some, but no tubes for that size tire :-( Thanks for the help guys!

Uh... Nashbar sells some ~1.35"x26" tires. Use your regular tubes, you'll be fine.

this is NOT correct! you will need 26 x 1 3/8 tires, there are no substitutes to this tire size. different bead diameter. ask your lbs to order some for you, these tires are available from many different manufacturers like specialized, cheng shin, etc.

with tubes you have a little more leeway to cheat sizing, but tires not so much.
