Is 9 speed Ultegra RD compatible with 12-27 Cassette?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Mine is the regular RD not the long cage.

Currently have 12-25 thinking of moving up 2 teeth on the last cog if it will shift properly.

Yes, as long as it's a 9 speed 12-27.

I have a 105 RD that works fine with a 12-27 cassette, so Ultegra should be fine.
