Had to laugh this morning

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Yep and that's probably why a bunch of us have said that in this thread.

Maybe he is the guy who won the "Race to Replace" challenge and he is out training to represent the Disco team in the TT race.

TT helmet, every pocket in the jersey packed with stuff... everything matching....he looked like a pro....well..like a pro dressed him. Anyway...he was out there riding...trying to get in shape and he looked like a million, or that he had spent a million..

Inspired me to order 2 new jerseys from Performance....the $30 ones...and to get out and ride twice today...

Wish I had a camera...

Question... does it make me a fred/OCP that I wear matching US postal shorts and jersey, (the normal one and the TDF special edition one)? Even though I picked them up in the bargain bin at the LBS for 40 bucks each? BTW the shorts are SUPER comfy!

What everyone failed to realize is that, considering the whole TT helmet effect, this guy was so far out of acceptable levels of coolness that he came full circle and created a whole new level of coolness.

Next time snag a picture and use it as a guide.

Level? This guy tore a hole in the fabric of cool, rode into it, and discovered an entirely new universe of cool. It's a lot like our universe except John Tesh is God. Don't ask.

And yes, he is on a bike. That is good.
