Going to Italy - need LBS recommendations
My wife and I are going to Rome and Palermo in a couple of weeks. We're not doing any cycling this trip but I would like to stop into a bike shop or two while we're there. Can anyone recommend a good shop or two in Rome or Palermo?
Thanks!
Tom

I lived in Sicily for 6 months, and Naples for 2 years. Have been to Rome about 5 times, but never to Palermo.
Best thing to do is just ask a Taxi driver to take you to a bike shop. Once you get to the first bike shop, if you dont see what you like, ask them where to find the brand you are looking for.
The Taxi driver will first take you to a shop owned by his uncle, cousin, or friend of the family. It is the Italian way!
