Nice bike but an insane bike...I'd be almost afraid to ride the thing... |
It's a Pedal Force!!!!!!
(not really, but someone had to say it) |
A rebadged Motobecane, no doubt.

See also, Lamborghini: http://www.digave.com/couch/lamborghini.htm

71 degree head tube angle? Thats going to handle like my Dunelt 3 spd.
|
My rule of thumb: If it's not a car and is branded with a car label, it's probably crap.

my moto is nearly ferrari red, I pulled the stickers and i'm sticking on a yellow SF badge as soon as i can find or make one. mostly for conversation and humor. Might even stick "Marlboro" on the top tube. heh. ;P I want Mclaren to make a bike. They could actually build the thing themselves, having their own carbon composite facility. Namedropping 'Shuey' in the advert for this bike is kind of ironic. He would be fast in any capable vehicle, but he happens to drive the Ferrari branded Fiat. He wins because he is skilled and terribly fit. Back to "it's not the bike". /\/ |

I'd be embarrassed to ride it. |

As for the bike, I third the motion to get the DB9 in the background. |

It sold for $4550!!! Insane!! I would never! Rathar use the money to fly to Italy and have Pinarello make me one custom built...
|
FWIW, it's authentic. The CFs were a limited edition run of bikes made for Colnago at the Ferrari factory. It was not, as the listing said, made on behalf of Ferrari by Colnago, but made for Colnago by Ferrari. The marketing bumf said something about celebrating Colnago's long relationship with Ferrari.
