Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I know a saddle preference is completely up to the rider but i was just wondering if anyone here rides one and if so do they have any pros or cons about the saddle?

i just rode one for about 300 miles...it was a super comfy saddle for about the first 10 miles into a ride, but longer then that i would start to go numb and have to move around a bit throughout the ride. the leather for the sit bones would conform nicely and give me plenty of support, just the perineal leather was causing the numbness for me. the saddle was just the wrong shape for me. its too bad cause it's a damn good looking saddle in my opinion, and looked nice on my british racing green lemond. i was thinking of using some brooks proofhide on the leather to aid in the breaking in, but i ended up getting a killer deal on a fizik arione so i just swapped to that. if your interested ill let it go for cheap
