pulled strained a muscle - recovery time sux!
How much time would you allow for recovery, too much time can't be good!!! must get back on the machine.
I pulled strained my muscle the other week from too much effort while on the climbs doing my commute. Its the inner thigh area and I had an icepack on it for the first 2 days intermittently. I missed out on the weekend rides due to soreness and to not risk re-injury. I can walk ok now, not limping and stretch my leg is no problem. Its been about 5 days and was thinking tomorrow of getting back on the roadie and taking it easy. Any ideas? Its not the worst of strains and I have been relaxing mostly, its a little sore if you press down on it and feels a little stiff but otherwise it does feel mostly heeled? Don't know however? any ideas on recovery time |
