Well, time to go get my butt kicked

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well, time to go get my butt kicked

Joining the faster group tonight *gulp*

They usually head to South Carolina. So, if any of you see a stranded cyclist in the rain, stop and help the old man out. He has a wife and kids at home waiting on him. Thanks.

Good for you. Best way to get faster, and great sense of accomplish when you do hang with them. If you hang great. If you don't just try to hang a little longer each time out, until you're up front intiating the suffering.

At least you guys get to ride....I've been off the bike the better part of 3 weeks now, due to illness (have gotten sick twice now in the last three weeks) and saddle sores .
