Question about Travel Trac Mag trainer +

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Question about Travel Trac Mag trainer +

Does anybody know how accurate the power reading on this thing is? Certain descriptions say that it gives "power" while others say "power output estimate."

Anybody have firsthand experience?

thanks
Brian.

I have the travelTrac RealAxiom and I'm not sure if it reads power the same as the mag, but in a test with a powertap wheel, the realaxiom consistantly read 60 watts lower than the PT.

EDIT - fyi, this was my test conducted with my coach present using his powertap while hooked up to my realaxiom.
