Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I had standard bars on my last bike and just can't believe the difference with these bars. Much much nicer and more comfortable. This is the Richie WCS O.S. bar. I went out with the intention to ride a 10 mile shakedown cruise yesterday and it turned into a 50 mile ride. I just didn't want to quit. I would highly recommend the Richie equipment, very stiff. FYI, I am 5-10, 195 lbs and live in Truckee, CA - all hills!!!! I purchased the triple with a 12-27 casette....this bike is a climbing machine!!!!
