Racing in Germany
 

I am going to be living in Germany next year for a new job during racing season (US at least), and I was hoping to get some info on the racing scene.

I am only a Cat 5 racer for road and track and am hoping to do as many races as I can. So, the questions: First off, is it even possible to do amateur races if you are a foreigner (USCF license)? Is the ranking system the same there? Does the season correspond to the USCF calendar?

Any other info or experiences would be appreciated very much!

Not sure about germany, but i raced in belgium, for a month, with a uscf international license back in the mid 90s.
