I use the Innovations Ultraflate Plus. It takes 12 0r 16 gr, threaded or unthreaded.
Crossman 12gr are about 50 cents each when bought in packages of 25 at Walmart,
and one cartridge fills my tire almost perfectly.

Whatever 16g unit is on sale at Performance. The house brand for $15 works as good as the Innovations unit and a bit cheaper. I have both.
