I haven't spoken with the owner but I believe they're out of New York and I live in CT. so I get my stuff in a couple days with only standard shipping. I have had numerous occasions to return online purchases to my local Performance store. They never question what I'm returning, or why, other than asking if it's defective.

They give thoughtful explanations about everything (not just a reprint of what the manufacturer's catalog says), and are willing to answer questions via phone and e-mail. They've always been prompt in shipping merchandise and helping me with post-sales questions as well.
