What's your favorite online bike store?
Where do you find the best prices and reliable/timely delivery of bike components in the US? Who tends to have the best sales?
I ask because I want to build a bike up but I'm an O/C bargain shopper. I won't be content unless I'm getting the best deals, and that includes Ebay.

RepartoCorse.com Not only are thier prices good but their owner Ed has personally called me and helped me out with my order minutes after I placed it on his site. The service is second to none, other sites should take lessons from this man.

Lickbike (lickbike.com)
Easy to use (search) w/great prices and no tax.
Plus, if you call them you usually will be talking to the owner who is quite knowledgable about the parts and bikes he sells.

Yellowjersey.org
Always answer questions (usually within a few minutes of sending and email), have a lot of NOS parts and a good overall selection. Site is a bit confusing, but you will get the hang of it. The service makes up for that in the longrun.

Owner Mike will try and get anything you want from the UK distributors, some prices as cheap as probikekit.

mainly ebay because I work at a shop and have no reason to purchase online. But before I worked there, I would hit up all the stores listed above. I usually buy weird parts, NOS parts, and used parts so ebay is my ticket.
I don't shop from them but Competitive Cyclist, bar none, has the best website. I use them all the time as a reference guide. But they tend to charge full retail and is the most expensive online store I've seen.

Depends on what I am buying.
I usually shop the various cycling stores on eBay first, sometimes their Buy It Now prices are cheaper than online stores.
I always check AEbike.com because the prices from their QBP catalog link are often far less than everyone else.
https://aebike.com/
If I'm doing some budget project, I use Pricepoint, sometimes Performance and sometimes Nashbar
https://www.pricepoint.com/index.html
For singlespeed wheels and parts, Webcyclery
https://www.webcyclery.com/home.php
For roadie parts, Excel Sports is my #1 store followed by Colorado Cyclist. My main motivation here though is excellent customer service and fast shipping
https://www.excelsports.com/
https://www.coloradocyclist.com/
For little parts, cables, housing, Loose Screws and Bike Tools Etc.
https://www.biketoolsetc.com/
https://www.loosescrews.com/
For whole groups, Eurobikeparts and Wise Cycle Buys
https://www.eurobikeparts.com/
https://www.wisecyclebuys.com/
For tires, Biketiresdirect
https://www.biketiresdirect.com/
For wheels, Mike Garcia at oddsandendos

Performance. Their overnight delivery saved my road trip last year, when my bike fell off the roof rack at 75 mph in the middle of Nevada. The bike was in tatters. I phoned Performance, ordered all the parts I needed, and requested overnight delivery to Utah. 24 hours later, the bike was back together, and I was on my way.
