Where can I get housings like these where the tension adjuster is in-line?

to make adjustments to the derailluers on the fly, if you get a new rear wheel from neutral support or something sometimes you need to fine tune it depending on where the cassette/hub etc is in relation to your old one.

i bet they're quite good for on the fly adjustment to a new rear wheel, but i wouldn't know. they're also good for when neither the brakes nor levers have barrel adjusters.

cannondale six13 uses them as well, as there are no adjusters on the down tube..
probably take off the frame for weight marketing purposes, lol
