Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

lazy

its been so nice out recently, and I have barely ridden at all.(15 miles in January)(125 in december) I just feel like taking a break for a bit, I dread the trainer, and running isn't my favorite activity. The lack of sunlight may be the reason i don't feel like going out. Well, the popcorns done, better go watch another movie.

I'm done.

You just need to do whats right for you. Thats not being lazy. And when spring rolls around, all those little aches and pains you have now will be gone. Reduce the amount of food you eat, be careful of what you do eat, and try to get some other form of exercise on a regular basis. People need some time away from things sometimes, otherwise it gets stale. Thats why we go on vacations.
