Last I had heard (more than 1 year ago), Cateye was releasing a model named tr-100 that was very similar to this computer. It's good to see that a new all in one computer is finally coming out except I already have a Garmin 305. If they would have released it earlier, it would have been a tougher decision.

At $180 and due out in April, it looks like a good option. Does anyone know what it will do?

Is that ment for just their trainers like the kenetics computer or real world riding? The watt meter is what is confusing me.

Word here in Japan is it will have power on the road.

i emailed them for more info and this was the response:

FLEX will work with our trainer and also on the road. The power output formula is proprietary and we can't give much detail, but it is accurate!
