Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

+1

could be either the extended Li-Ion or the NiMH battery for the ARC's. If they have considerable weight, they're probably the NiMH.
But either way, it's just a guess...

That looks exactly like the ARC NiMh battery that I have.

A) Are they yours?
B) Are you selling them?

NO, they are not mine. I saw them in an auction and was curious. The auction said "cycle lights" but they didn't look like lights to me.

As soon as I saw the title of the thread I knew the cat was out of the bag. I saw those too and thought about getting them to use in a 24 hr. race. I could outfit a whole 4 person team with those batteries. Oh well, I bet the price goes above $30 now.

I hate to say it folks, but they look like they're used, judging by the wear pattern on the one on the left.
His other auction https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=170070847870 looks interesting.

Yep, and for anyone who does not know, buying used batteries is a very bad idea.
