Anyone heard of Ital Tecno?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone heard of Ital Tecno?

I was looking around the internet and stumbled upon this sight. The deals look pretty good, but I was wondering if anyone has actually dealt with this company. I am always iffy about things that appear too good to be true.

I've bought a couple of things from them. Good prices and good service. They are responsive to e-mails and actually answer their phones. I would do business with them again.

Yeah I've purchased several things from them. David the sales guy even chides me about riding steel, in a friendly way. They've always been helpful and their prices on rims and tires can't be beat with stick.

I have purchased from them also. VINCE the salesman was very nice and talked to me about my hometown for that personal touch. They have good pricing & hard to find items. PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH!

I bought a pair of Record Profit pedals from them and they sent along in a plastic bag with zero instructions on installation and use. Would not repsond to e-mails asking about instructions, etc. Price was good, pedals are good, but their service was zero.
