Another Powermeter

Price?
Also, I wonder if they make it in a non square taper design. That seems limited due to the fact that a lot of cranks use other attachments but I guess that's no different than a SRM where you buy the whole crank. |
Here are a couple more:

Wow, it has "Heart rate control using 3 flashing LEDs". That's an advanced feature. Heart rate higher than you want it to be? No problem, just use the 3 flashing LEDs and bring it back under control! :D
I found this UK-based site which has it for £750. No info on whether it comes with anything besides a square-taper BB. It would be interesting to read some reviews, particularly from any of the PM gurus... |
The micro sport can not be that accurate. It fits on your shoe? So much for one legged drills.
From the website... How It Works: Force sensing insole inside the shoe. How hard the cyclist pushes on the pedal is measured. All cyclists apply pedal force and cause torque in the same pattern* So: torque can be calculated from the measured force! Angular velocity is calculated from the period of the force curve. One sensor tells all! |
One of the other high dollar power meters only measures one leg, I forget which one.

The ERGOMO and the PowerReport both use a BB sensor. They seem very much alike in that regard. Cockpit instrumentation and analysis software seems to be better for the ERGOMO. German companies make both PMs. I wonder if they're related somehow.

My Ergomo display is huge. I think it plays movies.
