Hincapie's New Look
 

I've noticed that Hincapie isn't wearing "standard issue" apparel and his bike's got American Flag flames. Is there a reason for this or is it just that George Hincapie is a bada$$ and he can do whatever the heck he wants?

He's the US National Road Race Champion. He wears that during RR's this year.

He's a bad ass. During Paris-Roubaix he's gonna wear the Belgian nat'l champeen strip. Flanders? you guessed it....the Burkina Faso nat'l champ jersey.

Hells yea, he's doping... on FREEDOM and PATRIOTISM!!! That, and apparently some sort of "Super Soldier" serum, but mostly on freedom and patriotism. I would've guessed that of all BF members, you would've known that :)

On the OP's question, George will wear standard issue Disco during Time Trials. Dave Zabriskie will rock the Capt. America look during Time Trials.

If by 'personality' you mean the uncanny ability to tell the time just by looking at the sun, shave with a big-assed knife, and tame wild animals with a stern gaze and wierd hand gesture -- I'm pretty sure Mr. Norris can do that as well.
