I found that my @$$ got a lot wider since I was riding as a teen, so I swapped my Flite out for a Max Flite (153mm). It's not completely flat, though, but it looks like the Pro Link is (144mm) www.selleitalia.com

My Specialzed Toupe is 143mm, and I think it may come a bit wider. Very light and comfortable.

Well I have a Selle Italia Initiale saddle that's a little wider at the back than the other Selle Italia saddles and I quite like it. Its an OEM (origional equipment manufaturer) saddle so you may have to hunt around for one on eBay.
I just saw this saddle today in a LBS and was quite impressed by it, https://www.wtb.com/saddles_devo.html It has a nice wide, flat rear section and while its not a superlightweight saddle its not that heavy either and it feels quite comfortable from my initial sit test.
Regards, Anthony

To be honest a road saddle is something you buy and then move onto something more "aggressive" as far as comfort goes. When I was riding huge miles I had a bare Titanium Flite saddle with no covering on it, just the plastic body It was SUPER lite and was comfortable. I wish I still had it I would have covered it in leather. Granted women have different anatomy from men but if you have something cushy now you could probably move to something a little more agressive taking only a short time to get used too.
