Question about these PF RS Frames

Been looking at these pics the past few days, they look like beautiful frames. Last night I was paging through Velonews and thought I saw a very high end frame that looked exactly like the PF RS's, same sweep through the seatpost/top tube/seat stay joint and the same curved v inside the steerer tube.

My imagination?

Yes, these frames are made in Asia. Taiwan I think. They are purchased and labelled by two or three differant name brand companies. One of which we now know is an Italian brand called Fezzari. They use the same frame with a paint job, apply their name brand decal, and sell it for about $2500.00

This is quite common in the industry. I bought a frame a bouple years ago from Pedal Force called the ZX3. AT the time, it was a brand new design, and was quite popular with its high quality, good geometry, and race like ride. Many magazines actually gave it a high end performance rating, even though you can buy it new from Pedal Force for $600. It was also purchased by several companies, and given their name brand with various paint jobs, one of them being Performance Bike.

Yeah, I think that would be the PF QS-2.

By the way, Patriot, to be exact, it is an Italian sounding company, not an Italian company. Fezzari is out of Utah.

I also believe the Ibis Silk is the same as the QS2.
