Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

New Bike

Here's my new '07 Orbea Orca. Ordered it a few weeks ago and picked it up last week.

I haven't had time to ride it much (only around the neighborhood) but I love it!

I'd like to thank my very good friend Alexis for helping find this great bike, although he was nowhere to be found when it was time to pay for it! Just kidding Would also like to thank Carlos and Owen at Universal Cycles for the great deal they gave me on the bike and for doing a pro job on the build.

Now I need to sharpen my skills so I can do this bike justice.

See you on the roads!
