Is this bike worth it.

Sure, but I thought you wanted a road bike. Nothing wrong with a fixie, but just realize that you're not going to be able to race with it.

and it's tiny

I know i'm 5 ft tall. Why wouldn't i be able to race with it? Would it be worth it.

It says fixed gear but then '18 teeth freewheel'.

Fixes are great. I have one. Go and have a look in the fixie section. :)

It comes with the Freewheel on it then he said he'll give me 18 tooth track cog and lockring

If you want to track race on it - why not.

If you want to road race on it - not a good idea.

I wouldn't race probably. Just like ride around on it and go for group rides.

Well in that case, if its your size then go for it.

Its a good talking point on group rides. So especially buy it if you're single. ;)

Do they have lots of hills in your part of Cali? If you do get something else nothings worse then trying to get up a huge hill in the wrong gear.
