Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Lance will drop by the forums this morning!

As some of you know, my family and I own a Landmark in NH and had been the political stop of many, including Eisenhower, Gore, Bush ect ect. But I wasnt prepared to see lance in there last night!
here's the scene, every saturday night we have a lond wait of an hour of people eager to come in, it is a rather large new england style restaurant where fresh seafood comes in abondance.
At about 8:00 I receive a phone call from someone ( who shall remain nameless) that Lance was on his way after visiting the Boston Children Hospital and wanted to get a table away from everyone, I was told that he wanted privacy and didnt welcome autograh or photographie.

When he first came in, the crowd got very animated, he had a tough time making his way through, I welcomed him and his body guard and sat them to a more private table. He wasnt as tall as I imagined and he sure was all smiles.
I have never seen so much food going someone's way, the guy must have ate all the seafood he could. everything from shrimp, to lobster to clam chowder!

well... it only gets better, when i went over to see if everything was OK, he offered me a seat. I WAS SHAKING! we talked about my place and the scenery and we talked about MY BIKE AND MY ROUTE!
the guy was VERY NICE! we ended up sharing a glass of wine and a lot of great laughs! he is very funny!
I told him about this place, he booked a room in the Inn and he said he will drop by to say hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but that's not the end!
GUESS WHO IM RIDING WITH THIS MORNING********************
At 11:00 this morning, Im riding with him! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He knows Botto. Actually he said Botto helped him a lot with his techniques and urine test.

I told my kid this morning that a nasty tornado from Africa is coming our way, told her it's a tornado made of elephants instead of winds, you should of seen her, watching out the window looking rather puzzled!

Bikes: Trek, Centurion, Kuwahara coming soon

I woke up and found Paulo Bettini in bed between me and my wife.

He was wearing a teddy.

I immediately vomited and ran out of the room.
