Landis fights back

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Interesting link. Personally, I think this is appropriate: "Landis received a standing ovation when he entered the room at the Teakwoods Tavern".

Well he is after all the TdF winner, and not yet "convicted" of anything, he deserves the applause.

Its been said so many times before, but just to reiterate this point:
"Landis' sample "A" was mishandled and sample "B," which Landis' people say was degraded before the test, was tested by the same lab tech who did the test on sample "A", which is not in accordance with international policy."

As we know, the final place where any appeals end up is the Court of Arbitration for Sport, where of Inigo Landaluze case was just dismissed 2 months ago for this exact issue.
Ther has been no doubt for months now that at a minimum he will be let off on technical reasons, even if he has to appeal to the same court. Clearly this attempt to retest and find positives from the other B samples where the A samples were originally clean is a desperate attempt to find something to catch him on, just to save face with the French who will go insane when he remains champion.

All so they can hand the title over to a actual confirmed doper. Oh, thats right Pereiro has asthma and can take that stuff, suuuuuurre, asthma, uh huh.

It has nothing to do with French. I seriously doubt they can't sleep at night because another American won TDF. That said, there is ass covering going on by the French lab, and WADA officials.

Perhaps I quoted too much. I thought that the event being held in Tavern was appropriate as he supposedly drank the night before the now infamous ride...

I guess I'm just too subtle.
