Good deal?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Good deal?

Is a Fuji Newest 2.0 (about 3 years old with few miles) for $350 a good deal?

Not a great deal - not really a deal at all, that's probably about what it's worth if it is still in pristine condition. Brand new they can be had at $600. If it's a craiglist bike I wouldn't touch it, but if you trust the seller and $350 is all you can afford it'd probably last you a year until you can afford a new bike.

Thanks. I'll have to think about it. The price is right, and he's throwing in a helmet...

Do you have any idea how the Fuji would compare to a Felt Z-90? Is one a better bike than the other?

Considering both as new, they are virtually the same right down to the components. Minor differences in the geometry will give you a different level of comfort - it's a toss up, ride 'em both and get whichever is most comfortable. I've test ridden the Felt F80 and the Fuji Roubaix, which are comparable (even come in the same color) and gave a very similar ride in the short time I was on the saddle of each.
