Can't install campy brake levers
This is trying my patience.
I have removed a set of campy ergo shifters from a used bike I bought and am trying to install on a set of Cinelli crit bars. Trouble is, the brake lever clamps will not slide onto the bars. I assume it is because they have been ovalized by being on the other bars. Any helpful tips?
Thanks!

Old Cinelli bars are a bit wider in diameter than the newer bars. The ergopower levers are designed for modern bars. Thats probably where the problem lies.

If they got a bit ovalized, use a big pliers or a small vice to squeeze them back into round.
Remove the clamp completely from the Ergo-lever, then slide it onto the bars by itself.
If they slide onto the drops but get stuck at the bends, then it's usually because you need to rotate the round clamp 180deg so it navigates past the ergo-bends of the bars.

Yes, try removing the clamp completely if you haven't already. If they're ovalized, try to shape them back up.
