How tight do you pull your straps or buckle on your shoes?

My lower straps (velcro) get adjusted seasonally. The main ratchet gets snugged pretty good and re-adjusted later in the ride.

Fairly loose so that my feet don't get squished.

In between "Tight" and "Barely snug." So, snug.

Looser when it's cold out.

The top one is very tight. The one near my toes is looser. If the low one's tight my toesies suffer.

+1. Pretty loose, especially near the toes.

My feet are long and super narrow, so no bike shoe has ever fit me. Hence it needs to be tightened fully
