I can not imagine to shave my legs

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I can not imagine to shave my legs

so I shaved my head instead. Does it count?

I never got used to the helmet and the smooth head helps me to go faster - and the sun reflection is like a safety sticker

Doesn't count. And trust me, scalp burn hurts like no other. Cover the noggin with more than a helmet.

Shaving your legs feels strange at first, but then you get used to it and hairy legs look weird after that.

Shave your nuts. Then shaving your legs is not so hard.

Helps with saddle sores/chafing too.

I didn't shave the other day, and well.....I'm off the bike yesterday and today because of it .

Shaving the nuts isn't the hard part. It's the hair growing back when you stopped shaving that really sucks!! OUCH!!! er, ummm... so I've heard...

i shave my head and legs, as well as most of the nether regions. think how much weight i save.
i predict as humans evolve they'll have less and less hair. i figure i'm just ahead of the curve.

I've always thought about shaving my head, but when I ride with no cap, I get this awesome 80's feathered hair look. Like a Jew-Fro. One guy from my group said I have Andy Hampsten hair, while my coach looks EXACTLY like Bob Roll.

I'm wondering how I would go about shaving my ass if I wanted to. Is that what people take yoga for?

+1

Whenever I see a guy with really hairy legs (especially dark hair) it's close to repulsive and I'm reminded of yet another reason I shave.

Unless you keep up on it, it gets REAL itchy....not really worth the hassle.
