I had an AC1, which was pretty much the same thing... okay frame. Not bad weight... if it's the right price I say go for it.
But if you have the chance to get a CAAD 8 or 9, I'd do that... don't be concerned about the lack of carbon stays on the 8 or 9, the wishbone shaping in the rear works just as well...
Of course if money isn't an issue, there are tons of great aluminum frames out there... try to find something made with Starship tubing... sweet.
