Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

p.s. Please post pics of you in them if you have them. DrPete made the Performance shades look a lot cooler than they look online (kind of dorky).

I'm pretty content with my $30 Performance glasses with interchangeable lenses. For action sports I just don't really believe in dumping a ton of money into sunglasses as they're so easily damaged. I tried on a pair of Rudy Project glasses and was kind of shocked by how much they weigh. I can imagine that'd get REALLY annoying after wearing them for only a short time.

I'm still rockin my performance bought Sunglasses, but I've been checking out Tifosis lately, and the difference in image clarity is very noticable.

I have Tifosi Paves and I really like them so far (2 months or so).

I've had Performance llenses crack on me, so I would stay away from those.

I love my cat 1 Prologues with the "ShiftTech Photochromatic lenses automatically respond to light conditions by adjusting the tint level to match your surroundings" Works well for me.

Oakley Pro M Frames, those are awesome, paid $55 (used, but the lenses were immaculate) for a set with two lenses (Gold Iridium, Clear).

Rudy Project Ekynox SX is not that great IMO, the lenses scratch too easily, my racing red and clear lenses are not usable anymore, but the Smoke is holding up just fine. Not going to bother replacing the lenses, but I still use the glasses as backup.
