True story: at the Olympics in Mexico (IIRC), some of the US rowers cut holes in their trou (basically biker shorts w/o chamois) because they had the squirts.
For those of you who haven't rowed: 1) some water inevitably gets in the boat; 2) the acceleration caused by each stroke is quite brutal for top men; and 3) said water spashes around spraying your team mates.
