i'm going again in september with my wife and our bikes. last year was provence and the dordogne, this year will be outside toulose and around perpignan. great pics, thanks.

I remember going through there two years when I climbed this - it is was 120 F that day in Laruns before the climb - extremely hot! The climb is fantastic though, especially once you get up above the town and can see down the valley below from the top!

I remember going through there on L'Etape with spectators lining the road clapping. Unfortuantely it felt mostly like pity.
