Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Hot Feet!

In my best James Brown voice.

Who gets's 'em while riding and what are they from? My shoes are snug. Could probably use a 1/2 size larger. My cleats feel like they need to be moved back a snitch.

Am I on the right track here? Do I need larger shoes and to move my cleat further under the ball of my foot?

One thing that I did when I started was to loosen the straps a little. Dont cinch them so tight. That worked for me.
