Yup, it runs in the family; My kid sister and her first roadie!

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

There's something besides a bike in the pic? Focus on the bike.
BTW, it's on the little chainring, non driveline side pic, cranks not aligned, no white garage door and has a saddlebag. Not being OCP myself, I'll say nice bike.

I don't want to overwhelm her with all that just yet!

Nice. I would poop strawberries if I could get my sister to ride. Congrats to her.

Does she mountain bike or run or something? She has a nice bod for a beginner is why I'm wondering.

Nice gear too! Hope she has a blast.

That's a big kid it is...

My sister, 10 years younger, bought a road bike as well. I think she's ridden it twice now. That would be ok, except she bought it over a year ago. Keep her motivated...somehow.

When you guys get together do you re-enact Giro stages with Lampre battling Quikstep? If you do my bet is on Lampre....

When helping my friend shop for her first bike last month we ended up with the exact same bike. She loves it and named the thing "Silver." Your sister she made a good choice with the TCR!
