Add me to the list. Probably going to register next payday. Riding with the BF bunch last year was a blast. Can't wait to do it again.

Me, me! I'll be there! I'll be there!
... unless I get a better offer. Which is, of course, not very likely.

I need to do some serious training by August, or I'm going to be sweeping. Between the move and everything - almost no riding.

What? Huh? Where am I? A PM from SpongeDad rouses me from my slumber and reminds me that it's 2007 and another yearly chance for juggling while riding. Maybe. If there's ice cream in it for me.
I've been busy; bought a folding bike in late February and have been commuting about 3 days a week with it on Amtrak. And I'm back to my weekly 32 mile commute home from work to Philly.
I think I've convinced a coworker of mine to join the group for the ride.
So, shall we plan for an 8:30 start and knocking another 30 or 60 minutes off last year's times?

No way will we get there in time for ice cream. Even sagging back from the lunch stop, the ice cream was gone before I got there last year.
Apparently it is a race, and only the top echelon, and the riders of the shorter routes get ice cream.
Maybe the club should ration their ice cream, and put out 10% of the ice cream every 20 minutes or so... We slow riders want ice cream too!
BTW - The seat post clamp was already mentioned... along with the adventure ride Saturday night where we rode a different path than we intended...
Who was it that had his casette assembled in the wrong order for the Saturday warm-up ride last year?
I think this year I'll throw some spare parts in the car just in case.
