What brand is your team kit - and your review of it?
What manufacturer does your team kit come from, and what are your impressions/thoughts on it? Pleased with the fit/quality/stitching? My team gets their kit from Hincapie - my only experience with pro-level clothing so far. I'm pretty pleased with and generally dig the bibs - although the chamois feels at least to some degree like an over-manufactured adult diaper. Throw some chammy butt'r on it and they're very comfortable on long rides though. The jerseys are comfortable, although a size L from 2006 seems noticeably tighter all across the chest than the same size L from '07. Others on my team have made similar comments. The arm warmers are freakin' cozy on cold rides, even though they don't look it.
What do you wear and what are you reviews?
Again, this is for team kits - not off-the-shelf stuff from Performance, Nashbar, REI, Colorado Cyclist, etc.

You can spec a variety of fabrics and chamois from most manufactureres since its all custom build to order so wouldnt you need to know the specifics? Team kit doesnt mean top of the line in my experience. What is "pro level?"

Team kit is Pactimo.....it's decent. The bibs have similar fit to other brands with regards to size. Jerseys are on the smallish side. I tend to wear a large jersey, but I wear a XL for Pactimo jerseys. We picked their "top shelf" chamois and it's comfy. I'm not doing backflips over their stuff, but I am satisfied.

the race-cut shirt fits great (surprising, considering that it's a US company, but i guess that's what 'club-cut' is for).
The problem is, it feels like i'm wearing a ziplock bag in hot weather.

Voler for us too... I was surprised at how great it is. The chamois blows PI's (my former standard) out of the water, and the materials are really nice.

Nalini - love the fabrics but I'm not much of a fan of the chamois - there's a sewn seam down the middle that gets up your bum and is nowhere near as comfortable when walking as my PI or Giordana non-team kit. But reviews of this are mixed amongst the team.
They also took a very Italian attitude towards time... Three months late. All the new winter kit I ordered does me no good when it arrives in May.

Making a kilometer blurry
My favorite kits are Hincapie and Giordana. The Hincapie stuff feels like it came from a NASA lab -- really amazing fit. Nothing special about the Giordana, but it turns out that I always forget about my clothes when I'm wearing that kit -- fits great.

Our team is on Champion Systems. Due to a small team (12 riders) we had to go with someone that allowed for low minimums and mix&match selection. For that, they worked perfectly and had a very fast turn around time. Our only issue was non-logo winter booties which fit no one. The non logo leg warmers run long on everyone too. Hard to beat the prices though. I was on Castelli last year and LG the year before and I like CS the best at half the cost of some items.
A tight jersey in the rain also gives the ziplock effect. And nipple chafeage.

Bergamo. From what I understand there are three levels of quality you can get from Bergamo. We have the middle-of-the-road stuff. Although it is good enough, it doesn't compare to my top end Castelli stuff. The jerseys are actually very nice.

We are using Voler as well, the chamois is perfect. I am not sure how cool they are going to be in the Texas summer, but so far they are great.

Other than that, it's okay, my coach gets the kit for free every year because the guy who makes it was his coach back in the day.

We've been using Hincapie for two years and think they're great. The price is hard to beat, the quality is very high and they are extremely flexible with us on minimums.
