Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I came across a shop selling 2008 Ultegra Ice and thought it might interest some.

I'll chew on my Dentyne Ice until they come out with the Dura-Ace carbon compact crank.

QUESTION:

is the distance from middle ring to big ring the same on a triple and a double crankset? If so, I want to replace my Truvativ Carbon Triple with this.

It is on the Ultegras that I have as 9 speed, and it is also the case on the ten speed ultegras. The site listed by the OP doesn't seem to have the SL in triple. The triple for the regular Ultegra, however is 52-39-30.
