Tube sizes?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Tube sizes?

People think I'm crazy when I say that for 27/28 mm wheels like my Ritchey Zero System Pro Road you should run a 48mm or 60mm valve stem on the tubes.

It's the length of the valve stem. 33 mm will work on standard rims. 48 mm will work on rims with moderate depth. 60 mm work with some deep deep dish carbon fiber rims (i.e. old Zipp 303's) For really deep rims you need 80mm or vavle extenders

I agree I have:

Ritchey Zero System Pro Road
Rear Ritchey Zero Pro Road OCR

and I would run 48 or 60mm. on them. I have 48mm now.

your rims are 27/28 mm deep. That doesn't leave a lot of room to slide the pump head on. I'd probably go with 48 to be safe, but you could try the 33mm and see how it works.
