Lots of really great bikes in this thread!

Don't mind the saddle. I'm still pretty new to riding and I'm looking to make a change on saddle type soon.

Maybe you need a bigger frame?
Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about the amount of spacers on that steertube. As long as you know not to have a deathgrip on your handlebars, let your legs do all the work, you should be fine with those spacers.
But if the frame size is not proper fit for your height or reach, that's a totally different problem.

Built this summer from the scratch: 2001 Peugeot Pulse G400. Being used as a cyclocross, partly in towntraffic, so the mtb pedals.

Not particularly long torso, but I tend to enjoy longer toptube & shorter stem, wide (46cm) handlebar to open up the chest & lungs on the climbs and more leverage in the sprints.
Pic below was taken more than 10 yrs ago, probably added a few lb. since, but the same bike, different wheels.

I believe so. I haven't messed with much besides saddle height since receiving the bike. It is comfortable now but I still think I probably need to get fitted in the near future.

Here's my Neilpryde Alize. Picked up from ebay really cheap when my Wilier frame cracked. I liked it so much I ended up picking up the few things I needed so I can run both bikes.

Here's my latest. A very nice 1992 Giordana Polaris. Columbus SLX tubing, Dura Ace 7400 components, geometry by Dario Pegoretti, and sprinkled with Italian Cycling Gods Pixie dust by Billato when they crafted it.

with that being said it looks like the rider needs a "higher" frame with longer headtube. OR it could possibly be so that the bike is only used in the drops. All my bikes with drop bars I only use in the drops. So I need quite a lot of spacers too. One is even a 26er mtb with shortest possible fork (i've had this one all the way up sometimes).

This is a REAL HYBRID bike.

its a real hybrid.
basically flat/mtb bars suck ass for commuting so i had to put on drop bars.
the frame and parts are all top notch stuff. this is my winter commuter. chromag sakura. made by mike truelove in canada. this is the best workmanship i have ever seen. by far. this is the only chromag in existence with drop bar afaik.
