I used to have 2009 Scott Addict R4 which sadly was stolen. As I've had more flexibility in my schedule the last few months I've been riding more and found I really miss that bike, so when a 2010 Scott Addict SL in my size showed up for sale a month ago, I couldn't resist. I pulled off and cleaned just about everything, swapped the crankset for a compact, neatened the cable runs, and replaced the handlebar with one in my preferred width. Just finished the bar tape yesterday and took it out for a short shakedown ride, looking forward to a longer one this week.

I'm not sure I'm actually faster on it, but it feels fast. I love how light it is and the geometry suits me really well. After swapping out the handlebars for the right width it feels comfortable, familiar, and stable. I'm happy and don't regret the purchase at all. It also has a nicer wheelset than any other bike I've owned, so it's possible I could have gotten similar enjoyment from upgrading just the wheels on my other road bike. Sometime I should try swapping wheelsets to see if I like the other road bike more (or the Addict less) in that configuration.

Motobecane Grand Sprint 1979 (not Grand Record, but no Grand Sprint decals were available) with Shimano 105 derailleurs, brakes and brake levers, IRD Swiss BB, Ultegra 6400 crankset, Lyotard pedals, Cinelli stem and handlebar, unknown seatpost. Rebuilt from an old knackered frame. Cleaned and repainted it on my own. A lot of elbow grease went into it, but it rides great. A bit dirty after re-lubing the chain today (needs replacement anyway). Current weight is c.a. 8kg. I'm in the process of building a new wheelset for it (well, looking for a suitable rear hub with solid axle now) and at some point the mudguards will be changed to something nicer. The only problem is the whole project was addictive and now I'm on the lookout for some nice frame for another one

2008 Felt Z25 frame (was in remarkable shape for its age) built up with new everything else. Built it to be a high mileage workhorse and so far off to a good start. Handling is nice and snappy too without being squirelly. Very smooth riding.

Here's a picture of the blue beast it is getting up there in age but is still going strong. The type of riding we do i do not have to ride and drink at the same time so i have stainless steel water bottles that match my new pedals and any other metal accessory

Litespeed Blue Ridge, from around the turn of the millennium.

Specialized Langster circa 2007ish, with bodged 'guards (since removed, thank god).

Not sure what this is, or from when.

I know there's a singlespeed thread, but these are my road bikes.
