What road bike do you have?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Haha... nah, out of habit I usually park my bikes in a super-low gear. Not really sure why... when riding, I'm almost always in the big 'ring. Central Ohio is very, very flat.

My new-to-me '93 54cm Bridgestone RB-1. Had to give up on my '89 56cm RB-1. Kept the saddle though.

um how did you guys get this bike for $799 and $1050. Isnt it like $1200-$1300 normally?

It rides really well , handles like a dream. One of the best full aluminium frames out there.

I have a 2005 Giant OCR 3. All Sora components, hoping to change that soon. I love that bike. It was love at 1st ride. Don't know how I'm feeling about the adjustable handlebars yet, though.

I just finished upgrading my OCR3. 105 double cranks, brifters and FD, Ultegra 9 speed RD, new Selle Italia Flite saddle, and Neuvation M28 Aero wheels. All I can say is wow, what a difference. I liked the bike before, but it's so much better now. I shaved almost 5 lbs from the upgrade (not that I'm that concerned with the weight). I was shocked at weight of the stock TruVativ cranks alone. That would be my first suggestion for an upgrade. I think the wheels would be my next upgrade suggestion.

Actually replace the adjustable stem first. I had replaced mine a while ago with a Thompson Elite that I picked up on ebay for a reasonable price. I also have the Thompson seatpost to go with it.

It wasn't a cheap upgrade, but it was worth it.
